Clarence, I know your strong as hell but you are letting your spine curve too much (kyphotic curve) and I am only saying it bc idk if anyone else is willing to tell you. It limiting your squats and potentially will lead to an injury one day. I guess you review your own squatting footage and see if I'm right or wrong. Just want the best for you brother.

If your gonna squat that's how you go at it. Firm, strong, a brick wall heck no a metal wall heck no Reinforced Concrete Wall even coz if you can't squat it that perfect then how can you say you got there. You may not have a fracture, and seeing you squatting after the injury is reassuring... but that amount of dorsiflexion with external rotation can cause syndesmosis sprains. Wouldn't be visible on X-ray unless that was also a fracture associated with it.

other than PR , i always squat as deep i can ( slightly above ass to grass because if i go low enough i lose tightness and can fail the rep ) i rather do 140 kg like that that ''powerlifting'' 160 kg reps
