Clarence, I know your strong as hell but you are letting your spine curve too much (kyphotic curve) and I am only saying it bc idk if anyone else is willing to tell you. It limiting your squats and potentially will lead to an injury one day. I guess you review your own squatting footage and see if I'm right or wrong. Just want the best for you brother.

You may not have a fracture, and seeing you squatting after the injury is reassuring... but that amount of dorsiflexion with external rotation can cause syndesmosis sprains. Wouldn't be visible on X-ray unless that was also a fracture associated with it.
