Gil I did hiring in a production environment for many years. I worked with our company's Human Resources and also hiring through temp agencies. I must impress on you the seriousness of attendance. In our company if a new employee was tardy 4 or 5 times in 2 months of employment the employee would've already been disciplined and counseled. If you can, it would be in your best interest to make sure to not give the company ANY reason to let you go. You're an awesome guy and have a wonderful family and home. Want the best for you Gil!
