I'm not exactly new to cod games but I mainly just play the campaign on them. it's so hard trying to win matches in the multiplayer like I just got destroyed on my first match it's frustrating because I can't really get any kills at all because they have vastly superior arsenals it's even more frustrating though because unlike the other cod games nowadays bo4 doesn't allow you to use custom load outs till you're level 5 if only the cod community was less toxic and little welcoming to casual players. But don't get angry and stop trying because that will only prevent you from getting better and don't let hacker's get to you thats what they want to happen so you get frustrated. And Goodluck on getting your account back to what it should be hope you get it Taken care of
