The Pizza guy said Karen could stay with him and hes a cheater that will continue to cheat on Zaira with Karen where he may wind up kissing Karen and possibly proposing to Karen and marrying her as well where he and Karen and Natty Nat may all move away together but if so good if they move away where Zaira never see them again so be it. Zaira didn't need the pizza guy anyway since hes a cheater thats cheating on her who Zaira said is annoying and dumb.
