Hey Lovelies! Just a quick PSA: I'm aware of the spammy comments here, so please be cautious! I strongly advise against paying any third-party services to recover your account, as it carries significant risks. Please don't let panic lead to losing more than just your account. Here are some tips for contacting Meta to recover your account: - Start by subscribing to Meta Verified using your Facebook account. - Open a ticket with them; you can find the process online. - In your initial message, provide them with all the necessary details. Avoid simply asking for help in getting your account back; recognise that they are very busy so make it as easy as possible and also BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL... please and thank you's go along away as they are just human. - After providing all the information, they may conduct further investigations. Be patient; it took over a day for them to contact me via email after i opened the ticket. - They may ask additional questions and for me they took a whole another day to respond. Overall, my process took about 4 days and 3 days after initial contact. Good luck to everyone, and I hope you all recover your accounts safely! xx

My account was suspended too because Meta think that it doesn't follow the Community Guidelines on fraud and deception just because I posted a comment, and when I made an appeal, many, MANY, days later (like today), I just got permanently disabled. What the heck was Meta thinking??? (And unfortunately, my account is not verified.)

That’s so annoying. You don’t have to be verified, if you have a personal Facebook account, you can verify that and speak to support and tell them about your Instagram and hopefully they’ll be able to recover it for you… that’s what I managed to do☺️

This is nothing but a scam or a lie. I did a verified account and actually finally after a day of trying to get to live chat got to a live chat with someone from meta but they said they couldn't do anything about it because the decision was Final and that was that

You have to subscribe to meta verified and I did it with my personal Facebook account. After you have been approved it should be in your meta verified settings on Facebook. Hope that helps and let me know if you require any more help🥰

Hey! Just keep an eye out for the result of the appeal especially in your emails. Afterwards I would suggest you use your Facebook account/ create one and subscribe to meta verified and speak to support that way. That’s what’s worked for me and others when I was researching how to get mine back. I would advise to stay away from paying somebody
