U can mail to company for joining as soon as possible if there is any chance, If onboarding team can do in favour for you. But it's only a chance, usually they rarely do. But if there is any availability joining they will take you.

Bro I have joining the date 10 nov 23 for virgin voyage all'the documents are ready like us visa, medical, stcw course,CDC, Sid Card etc but problem is the only PCC I had applied for the pcc 13 spt 23 police deliberately created the issue about address now my PCC status is showing police report is not clear the application under review at RPO office I can't take RPO office appointment available 25 January 2024 I have two pcc a old PCC 2020, local pcc got July 2023, I have question for you PCC is mandatory for crew member when joining ship and crew officer asked PCC on cruise ship.it will be problem if I don't have pcc over there what should I do now please reply 🙏

I think you are good to go, brcoz pcc check by the time of C1D visa process.
