before lag got glitch (the first official glitch owner), there were many people posting clips of them using hp2s in glitch biome. one day i saw a video of someone popping 2 and they rolled exo apex on their first hp2. so many the devs changed it but i think you can roll exo apex from hp2s.

You can't now, you can't roll normal exotic with hp2 and you need to roll exotic for the game to "reroll" for Apex (if you're lucky)

it’s possible but you have to be infinitely unlucky bc it’s a 1/500 when rolling exotic hp2 buff : 200,000+ more luck exotic : 99k it’s possible but u need negative luck

This is because of how mutations work. Mutations work by rolling the original aura. Take Starscourge: Radiant for an example. To get Starscourge: Radiant you have to roll a Starscourge (1 in 1,000,000) and you have a 1 in 99 chance for it to turn into Radiant. So to get Exotic: Apex you would have to roll an exotic first then hope for the 1 in 500 chance for it to turn into apex. And the reason why you can’t get apex from heavenly potion II is because well, getting a regular exotic from heavenly II would honestly suck

Exotic apex isnt really the rarest aura because when ypu roll exotic, theres 1 in 500 it'll turn into an apex, it works the same for every mutation auras like when you roll aquatic, theres 1 in 100 chance it'll turn into a flame or, when you Arcane, it has 1/15 it'll turn into legacy OR 1/30 it'll turn into dark.
