Update: As of 4:59 Am June 5, 2024, a second appeal has been replied back to my email stating, "Thank you for patiently waiting for our response. As an update to your concern, we would like to inform you that after conducting a detailed review on your account, we have decided to lift the ban. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you." ----------------- For anyone who is wondering if I had trade items between account, used an emulator, shared this account with anyone, participated in any use of third party; I have never done anything to risk my account from getting Ban. I still believe I have not violated any terms under ToS. This account was solely used for the purpose of Bossing Content/Tutortial Videos , dailies , and boss runs with my friends As of 4:37 Pm May 31, 2024 a appeal has been replied back to my email stating, “We regret to inform you that this action against your account will not be removed and the penalty will still stand. Due to security reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot disclose the evidence we have found against your account.” This is the same respond generated bot they have use as dating way back from September 6, 2014 in GMS server as I have previously been falsely ban which I was required to show proof of my id. I hope in both GMS and MSM there is better support and transparency for any players who feel the need to express if they were falsely banned. ------------

2 of my alts got banned too because I used an emulator, but there's this Maplestory M youtube named Geminis that would live stream his game from an emulator on 3 different accounts but he didn't got banned.

I’m not too sure about the policy with emulators, but if it’s a violation I don’t think it’s fair that there’s some people are getting ban while others aren’t

Greedy company. I also get banned on my main account because of slow internet... Spend some money in it and poof all gone.

Same on PC a account from 2005 and it got banned in dec 2023 for no reason. their argument was that i was hacking wich i never use those crap, they so dumb to think i was hacking with a account from 2005 with so much effort and money spent on it -_-

dude wth. I had my alts perma banned last month. None of them had TS trades so it wasn't meso trading. I think it was because I was logging onto each account on my phone and just doing SF auto battle?? but my main (on same device) didn't get banned. I'm sorry this is happening man. Definitely appeal. We need to hear from them. Maybe try reaching out to community manager?

@@MapleLoveDreams Question: was your bishop alt f2p? My main has definitely broken ToS and not been banned, but I have also bought a bunch of crystals. My alts were f2p and hadn't breached ToS but were all perma-banned.
