A settings video won’t fix ur issue but I’m going to copy and paste a previous reply that I made that will fix everything: I got u bro. I had the exact same issue at first. The 7950x3d isn’t made for gaming, so you have to fix it. First thing I did was this kzbin.info/www/bejne/goXOiaGhiK6WqdEsi=SYBpeF01f_258KDn After that, you are going to want to turn ON Xbox game bar, change your power mode to balanced, and turn game mode on. Last thing you are gonna need to do is search up 7950x3d overclocking and optimization guides, watch multiple videos on them and then apply the ones you can find in bios. Also try to turn off hyper threading in bios. Anything that I recommended, do at YOUR OWN RISK and I’m not liable for any damages. Also anything that you see talking about “core parking,” don’t do it unless you didn’t do the first step that I said on that video link. That video is pretty much a different way to do core parking. Edit: also make sure your ram is actually running at the speed it’s supposed to run at. Open task manager, go to ram, and see what the speed is at. If it’s much lower than 8000 mhz, try turning on xmp in bios. Good luck and update me with the results.
