If you look at the percentage of the roulette items you can clearly see it is a scam. The difference of probability between every item is enourmous so it's not really like spinning a roulette is more like purchasing lvl 1, 2 3 4 5 6.... Reward until you get the skin at the last level. The fact that they make it more expensive every time makes it even a bigger scam. And it is so ridiculous they go straight for money, not even gems
