Shooting even verified sellers can be scammy. Got screwed out of money from a bigger seller and they were full of shit and tcgplayer did not give a crap since they were so big.

That's why I buy my cards on ebay, I would've spot that those were fake from the photos.

This sort of thing is why I put up w/ eBay when the prices are good to tolerable. I’ve had 6 problems out of 212 individual check-outs, and the three that eBay didn’t refund within 48 hours of my notifying them were straightened out by eBay contacting the seller themselves. If you encounter a problem with a seller, on any platform where leaving feedback is possible, please leave it. Many of us use the presence of negative feedback on a seller’s profile as a red flag.

I knew that seller was fishy when he had 70 sales but listing 100s of singles. 50+ on high value cards. Glad to see your negative review hasn't been scrubbed off yet but sad that they are still listing on the same account :(

I was sold fake cards too. They sent me a fake story that they may have purchased a fake collection by accident. The store postage didn’t match the name of the seller on TCG. TCG just asked me to work with the seller when I sent them the information.

80+ URs from a small seller is certainly fishy...hopefully TCG player handles it.

I recently bought a booster box off tcg and the seller was a small unverified seller, they never sent my package and tcg would not refund me until the full 3 week shipping time had elapsed and i didnt receive. I will never buy from a seller with less than 10k sales again 😂 im not their FN bank to loan them money for 3 weeks. Got nothing more than my money back, when i rebought rhe boxes went up in price to so yeah fuck tcg player

Sellers don’t actually get paid out til the shipping time frame is over or it’s confirmed delivered.
