It's never wise to trust chat with movie criticism. Longlegs was at least good enough to watch and seeing if it's your thing, but of course there's randoms that think "I hate it" = ass.

Longlegs looked good visually, but in the end, I couldn't help but feel like, "What was the point of this?" I didn't feel like it sucked, but it didn't make me feel anything. And David Lynch is my favorite director! I love answering questions with more questions. I love weird abstract nonsense. This wasn't even that. It's not exactly skippable, you have to watch all the movies, but it wasn't.. much of.. anything, to me. It just didn't feel fully realized. Then again, I loved MEN, and it kind of suffered for similar reasons, so I don't know. Maybe MEN was just more interesting overall, and the ending nonsense was at least visually appealing to me. Whereas the ending of Longlegs felt kinda hokey, and nothing cool or unique happened.
