get a dog hair brush and you can really get everything up then use a air compressor and vacuum to get that dirt up. Also I seen good results with removing the carpet for the cleaning, I like using laundry detergent, it breaks down the dirt oils and grease better, it recommended by a semi truck detailer in video where the guy did a really disgusting plush truck chair and it looked like new afterwards. It also makes the vehicle smell really really good.
