Hey Meddy I did some calculations and if you get 400 season presents you will have a 100% chance to get circus baby but during a 2x boost with 200 presents you can have a 100% chance to get circus baby but that is just my math.

meddyson the cooldown boost is a visual bug, if you quit the other boosters he will show you the booster cooldown, but if you put the booster will odnt show the booster cooldown but is boosted is only a visual bug
