u know not going to be mean but here a guide to lvl up 1-50 for criminal and 50-100 is gym 100-500 on weak villain 500-1000 for tomura 1000-2000 on dabi than 2000-3000 for muscler 3000-4000 and 4000-5000 at nomu 5000-6000 overhaul for lvl 6000-8500 and all for once for lvl 10000 which is max lvl if u want a quirk that make u lvl 10 X faster u should get shock it make your dur X 3 best framing quirk ever it cool beat nomu but u do u.
