This could be momentarily useful if you're getting zoned close to the end of a match and want to get in on the spammer. But Scarecrow is hard to zone anyway with his teleport.

the input reversal only happens to the directions. the attack buttons stay the same.. so they'll be trying to hold back to block when you meter burn it and they'll end up getting hit because they're actually walking forward.

IMO it’s not worth it. You spend a metre for a result that relies on your opponent not knowing your running the appearance obvious legendary gear. Disappointed. If the effect was just naturally added to targets hit than it would have a nice bonus. But the fact you gotta spend a bar and hope they mess up.... idk. An average piece of gear among the legendary pieces we got

If you use this online chances are your still going to get a combo because you have enough time to do a b3 before your opponent. Is out of hit stun..and their going to be holding either back or down to block and because the buttons are reversed the b3 is going to open them up anyways

However. There's really. No point to waste a bar of meter because if you open them up with the b3 anyways. When the combo ends so is the reversed inputs...so that ability is honestly prettty worthless

sad scarecrow has such a crap legendary. his fear is nice. but it just inverts controls for pvp. and for pve it disables special moves. i think robins so far is the best. his ultimate supermove always hits cuz of that bike.
