I think it was downloaded after I payed. Don’t panic about it. Just take along your appointment slip and confirmation of payment also when you go for the appointment

Hi. Thanks for the video. I am renewing my passport in july in London and among the list of the requirements is Acknowledgrment Slip from the Nigeria immigration website. I have actually completed my registration and paid the fees but I cannot locate the Acknowledgement slip. Please can you kindly direct me on how to get the Acknowlegdement slip? So what you need from Royal Mail is - special C4 delivery envelope (yes it’s also paid special delivery envelope) - postal order in favour of the Nigerian high commission
