I would love to work here all day every day. Plants don’t talk. Looks to be so soothing and such satisfying work. The smell must be so nice to.

Cool video and nice setup! As a greenhouse grower myself, one thing I would suggest is not mixing your pro mix on the ground. Get a large water tank or kiddy pool to mix in. Dumping it on the ground like that is a good way to contaminate the pro mix and could set up disease that could quickly damage your flower crop.

I have been professionally and continuously involved in vegetable seeding production for 15 years. Despite being in a small area, I still produce over 20 million seedlings annually. I handle all stages of the work, from nutrition to irrigation control and pest management. However, I would like to work in a European or American country. If possible, please assist me. If needed, I can also send you sample photos of my work.

I loved your video. Thank you for posting it. So neat to see the cool seeder and how my plants get to be shoppable when I buy them. Hey! I love crocs. I wore my pair of Gretel crocs every single day for 10 years. They're still chuggin along but I've switched to Birks now. If you want your feet to stay healthy and not sweat wear 100 percent wool socks year round. It's not your feet's problem, it's these companies making garbage plastic clothing out of petroleum products. Not meant for human skin. Cheers! Nicholette

Great video! I work at a family owned nursery that is operating at a similar scale to your family’s nursery. We have a vacuum seeder that looks similar to yours except it’s at least 35 years old (and still going strong). I am in awe of your dirt busting machine though, oh my gosh! That’s AMAZING! I need to show my boss this video. We bust it up with shovels like your dad did, and then continue busting it up with rakes until it’s a good consistency. It’s a lot of work. I will definitely subscribe and check out your other videos :)

You should look into the kubota or iseki vegetable tray seeder machines. They’re meant for plug trays, but you can use them for more than just vegetables. Should be able to find a used one in japan for relatively cheap.
