I was told by my surgeon to take Miralax morning and night to offset the pain pills and Tylenol.

Is the powder really messy because too much is coming out into the lid?

@@RevampAndRadiate if you repurchase, because it’s too late now, I have a trick! Leave the sticker on over the holes and use a toothpick or a pin to poke through the sticker and open and 1/4 to 1/3 of the holes. That way you get way less powder in the cap.

Aww, I can totally relate to how you’re feeling. For those of us who are always on the go, it’s hard to be down especially during the holidays. Try not to be so hard on yourself, I think you’re doing amazing. I’m here for you if you need a shoulder. 🩷 In on if your videos you mentioned you were going to look into scar therapy with the dermatologist. The plastic surgeon I use to work for used a therapy that was called Embrace. That might be better than the steroid injections your derm mentioned. The Embrace works really well, but it has to be applied by the doc or nurse. You have to do several treatments. Ask your surgeon to see if they offer it. Merry Christmas friend!!
