This week we travel to Anfield to face Premier League contenders Liverpool. We start with some training on Friday, a quick fire question for all the lads (which I’ll change each week), the flight up to Liverpool and some Netflix on Friday night before the match! I wore a chest cam during the warm up too!
It was a tighter match than the score line, but that’s football sometimes!

I’m a Kop season ticket holder (Yes I am from Liverpool haha) and we gave Ben like all keepers a very warm reception but Ben’s response to our applause was first class. As a lifelong Liverpool fan, NGL, i do have a soft spot for Watford. First match I ever saw at a ground was Watford v Aston Villa, prob back in like 1986 iirc... I remember the Blissett and Barnes days well. I gotta say, I love the mad respect these guys have for their opponents. You just don't have to have hatred in your heart to be competitive. Mad respect to Ben and the rest, it's great to see a totally unique perspective of what is everything in life.
