This was a good video however I thought you may have touched on performance anxiety a bit more. See i have struggled with it for years, the first girl I was with I had this issue and I had it with another girl and it honestly gave me ptsd. I don’t get nervous talking to girls however when it gets to the sexual part there’s a voice in my head telling me make sure it doesn’t happen again, I try to not think of it but it’s like I can’t control it and then I’ll start getting really stressed (even if I’m practicing my breathing) I just can’t get rid of it. I was literally in a 1 year relationship with this girl and there were numerous times throughout where it happened which is just stupid because we had the best sex and I was so comfortable around her, it must just be an inner fear of it happening again and not being able to satisfy her. It would come and I’d have the issue for a few days and my heart would beat really fast if we’re about to do it and then once we would have sex, I wouldn’t have the issue again for months. It’s crazy because it’s all in my head but I have tried so many different things and nothings has fully worked, any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you hamza. Last week I was in the gym. There was a girl with her friend and she kept comming up to me to get my attention. I didn't saw her as wife quality yet. She was like a 7+, but I was just focussing in the gym and for a relationship I want the perfect woman. Because of this I didn't know what to do, since all guys on self improvement tell you to not do it. I ended up talking a few times to them that day and explaining how to do exercises, since it was her first day. Then my workout was done and I went home. Later I realised it might have been better to show a bit more interest and stay in contact. It was too late for that since I'll probably never see her again. The next day I asked in adonis gang what I should have done. Basically everyone was telling me not to do anything, but I thought I should have talked a bit more and stayed in contact. Now you made this video confirming it. Next time this happens I will definitely show more interest, ask if she's comming back etc.
