Don't feel ashamed, you been working out hard. Try maybe not stopping quickly, but instead of going full cold turkey. Maybe smoke 2 a day or every other day for a month. Then one a month. Then zero. Smoking less is better than not smoking than relasping. In the beginning its hard. I recommend finding a "new" addiction. Move to one addiction to another. I know this advice is probably bad, but thought I'll give it a try it helped me. So maybe it'll help you.

@ we’re in this together my friend. I’m on my journey to self improvement too. And honestly the self improvement content now is so saturated with “how to optimize masculinity and femininity” self improvement isn’t about gender. It’s about being better. ❤️

@@Ensainee Exactly, self improvement is about the singular person and not their gender. It's about improving oneself and raising yourself to a higher standard.. I will also like to add that a lot of people use the " self-improvement content" that's just the way to make money on KZbin.
