I was lucky enough to spend the next day after this video with Danny at Hickory's Smokehouse in Huddersfield (Not Adel... Where Danny went first by mistake 😂) and spend the afternoon tasting Whiskey, making cocktails, preparing chickens for the Smoker and then trying out all their food. What a great day, superb hospitality and Danny is such a lovely chap to be around.

Happy belated birthday Danny . I have the medium fusion box with the curred goat and jerk chicken with both rice's but I don't bother with the salad and coleslaw . The lamb patties and fricking amazing. Rita's daughter owns and runs Piccadilly bakes her cakes are amazing. I introduced one of my friends to Rita's reign he'd never had Carribbean food before and he loved it which I knew he would especially the curred goat
