I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN SAMOA (never jumping off a waterfall again)

Hey everyone! This is my experience in Samoa. Unfortunately I got into an accident at the Togitogiga waterfall on my first day. (I uploaded this from New Zealand which is where I am now. When I was in Samoa, I didn't know my foot was also broken, just thought it was sprained. It's now casted and I'm on crutches.)

It's 17° where I am and we're neck-deep in snow. There are no palm trees or beautiful oceans anywhere for hundreds of miles. Accidents happen, but it's a learning experience. We have so many tourists in North Carolina that jump off of waterfalls and get hurt or killed. People really need to research the area they're going to more before you go. I hope you get better soon though.

You’re really lucky you’re smaller than him. My husband is only 2 inches taller than me & im a pretty curvy girl so I weigh the same as him with my body type. So with this I really have to be extra careful knowing that he wouldn’t be able to carry me if I hurt myself. Never jump off cliffs people die & break their spines (become paralyzed) etc. Please learn from this. Glad you’re ok.

Taking IG photos with two injured feet and unable to walk. You bring "Doing it for the Gram" to a whole new level girl! It's very lucky you are fit and your feet/ankles are probably very strong from your surfing. The damage could have been so much worse. Heal up soon! It's taken me months to fully heal from an arm injury and that was last October :.-( But I'm not fit lol
