i do these to myself and you just need to use less hair strands!! the pieces of hair that were used to put them in were so big, causing knots. the most strands i use is like 8. they also come out easier with less strands.

@@nataleeholt4776 ooh I think gold would look stunning then 😍 I’d say a subtle amount of strands all the way around, it’ll be a case of seeing what you think as you apply them. Omg that’s so long! But I’m a tad jealous 😂 the hair tinsel is quite long and once applied to the hair it can be cut to your length/style so that shouldn’t be a problem!😊

There is another way using these beads where you clamp them down and you can slide them out and they say in just as long

The only thing that confuses me is the hair tinsel always looks longer than the layered hair… is that a choice or do they not cut it to match?

They cut it to match but on this occasion my hair was straightened when they cut the tinsel and my hair is naturally wavy so that doesn’t help 😂

Whomever did your tinsel, did a poor job. The knots were not done correctly and she didn't layer them to your hair! Find someone who knows what they're doing, or is more experienced
