There, his blindfold was taken off. In front of him, was his wife Nagisa. Nagisa greeted Takaya saying, _"welcome back darling"!_ Nagisa at that time, thought that Takaya needed time to cool off. Takaya knows from what Nagisa said, that she have known where he was. But Takaya's fears was still there. When Takaya looks at Nagisa's eyes, he can still sense the yandere in her. Takaya is trying to find another way to get out of this situation. But Nagisa told Takaya that she won't let him get away, ever again. To this day, Takaya is now physically and emotionally drained by Nagisa. Takaya keeps dreaming of freedom, that he will never get, for the rest of his life. The end

Honestly, if I were in Keiichi's shoes, I would've stopped treating the marriage like an actual marriage not long after the wedding. Probably would've started saving up lots of money so I can pay the debt off then divorce her and move on with my life. By the time she actually starts treating the marriage like a marriage, I've stopped caring about it and don't buy into her "change of heart." I'd say it to her face that I stopped seeing our marriage as anything close to romantic. Repeating her words back to her "If you try to even touch me, I'll put an end to this marriage immediately." So now the tables have turned. She wants to be lovey-dovey, but the barriers and assumptions she made have made that difficult. The marriage is simply business, nothing more and nothing less. Of course, we'll put on the act of a happy couple when family is involved. But outside of that, she's burned the bridge to ash and will have to work hard for me to even think of her as a wife rather than a roommate.

The whole concept is sloppy. A bankrupt father "sells" his son not even to a friend's family, but simply to the daughter of "some rich man." Well, what is the benefit of that rich man? Then the "rich" daughter has no guards, no security cameras, and some stalker just comes to her house and grabs her. And of course our hero turns out to be a kung fu master and protects his wife. What a grand piano. I don't even know what would have happened to her if at least some element in the plot hadn't helped the main character.

Looks to me that even her father is not typical, not like most rich parents. The father most of all want a responsible guy: someone who takes pride in making his own living. It's that kind of guy who would most likely be able to keep the family fortune, and to truly take care of his daughter. Indeed most other rich parents would probably try to match their daughter with even more wealthier men, (like you said, for benefit: more wealth, more power), even by compromising personal qualities.
