As someone playing in gold-plat elo, the amount of times I've been team diffed because nobody comms except me until round 20 (if they do at all) is so high its staggering. I've won almost every game where my entire team acctually comms something as small as basic positions and tatics, and I've lost almost every game where everyone but me has social anxiety. This reason at 13:04 is completely valid and is probably the sole reason duo queueing is infinitely better than solo queue.

Sounds like you need to get a group to play with. Of course, easier said than done, but that would definitely help

This hits especially hard when I've been playing sentinel, because a lot of times I have no fucking clue if the enemy is rotating or what they are doing so I end up playing super passively defending the site I was already on. Comms are essential. I'm LATAM and while there is a server that is perfect for me I actually choose the Miami server over that one simply because more people comm there.

I used to watch every hooj video when they came out, but now I only watch the ones with kaiser in them because hes only slightly higher elo than me and slightly older than me irl, so hes basically the perfect hooj student to learn from for me. I used to have a hard time learning from hooj videos because the student elos were very different from where i was, so I felt that all of the tips were always too fundemental for me or too advanced for me, but now with these kaiser "episodes" I have found learning from hooj easier and I have been able to apply some of it into my own games.

I started watching you about a year ago. I was Silver 3/Gold 1 at that time Now, I'm Diamond 3. I still dont have my own laptop so I'm not that consistent so I might not get to ascendant fast, but it's thanks to your potassium knowledge that I was even able to go Diamond 3 now.
