In today's episode, I needed to get a steroid shot for the pain and inflammation in my spine... I also redecorated my room and gaming setup, and filmed the NorthStarBoys reactions! :)

I'm glad you're getting treatment for your back, I pray that it helps your pain so you can be free to do the things you love. Fyi- for anyone undergoing sedation for any reason, fast 8-12 hours prior. You can drink (no alcohol or caffeine) just no food. I'm very surprised the clinic didn't say anything or give instructions.

I was really nervous to watch this video but I am glad I did because you were finally able to get the surgery. omg what clinic is this that they didn't inform u, that u weren't supposed to eat at least 8 hrs prior?! I work in the medical field, and they're supposed to walk u through the process, explain what they're going to do before they do it (unless u ask otherwise). I also would've expected them to talk to you during the procedure to try to take your mind off the pain, this place seems rather unprofessional but I'm glad you're ok
