I had a minor sprain on my wrist about a month ago, so I understand the pain you had. A few days after I sprained my wrist, I had a dance showcase to attend to, and my instructor put a fallback into our dance, like, she had to trustfall into my arms, and I had to drag her back, and then do a walkover, over her, and lets say, even though it hurt so bad, I did it perfectly, like all the other times we would practice it, I either always dropped her, or I fell over, and brought her with me, but I was determined to get it down, and do it, and then somehow, I managed to do it perfectly, with a sprained wrist. It's what I call a "Daning with the Stars Injury", cause everytime you hurt yourself, and then go to perform, and do it perfectly, it happens almost all the time in competition, and it happened to me for a showcase.
