Well, some builds have a higher winrate but are played less often because they are viable but only against specific comps. Ultimately it's what works for you, can't know until you try it. GP isn't all that flexible build wise at the moment in my opinion. Pretty much has First Strike and crit in anything viable. It's sad, 'cause I used to love Grasp tankplank.

Is this an inside joke or do you not know? NQ gives cd reduction on barrels so you essentially always have a barrel up anytime you fight especially after 13. Item is broken on GP, IE gives you bonus damage but long term you get a barrel or two more which is more damage in general
