Skeezer actually came from cocaine/crack, because coke used to be called "ski" in the '70s and '80s... ski, of course, is in reference to snow skis. Cocaine was also called "snow," so it transitioned to "ski." So a skeezer was a street walker addicted to cocaine or crack who was willing to give you sexual favors in exchange for that ski.
