Petal dance has so many possibilities. One fun build I tried was with red emblems, muscle band, rapid fire scarf, spoon. You are very strong in the early game with auto attacks, but your move are weaker obviously. You can tweak this to what you want to though. Even double stacking would be a good build. Do reckon giga drain is probably better than sludge bomv, but i haven’t tried buffed sludge bomb yet.

Id say remove amp for scarf cuz in the end with petal dance youre still doing a lot of basic attacking. Either way the build is playable but its like most have said already, youre on the enemy's face constantly so youre better off having healing.

Hoopa is annoying broken. I been saying this for seasons. I feel like a longer cool down on portal is a necessity. For example in this game alone. How many times did Pokémon just barely escape with the slightest health. Another second or two on the cooldown and it definitely would be more fair because no other healer can heal the whole team in the two seconds it takes to teleport home and back. Even clefable couldn’t come close to that and they nerfed it. There’s a reason it gets so much play competitively.

Fr ppl say it needs buffed but it is unfair! Hoopa portal makes me so angry the other build is like pretty nice but not where you can give the entire team heals with no backfire and then also tp to the other lanes this mon is OP when used correctly or in a 5 stack

Cursed bulbasaur with sludge bomb is great in team fights, paired with solar beam can just snipe and hold off pushes

1. Sludge bomb petal dance is the farthest from broken u can get. 2. If ur running giga drain with petal dance it would be a lot better with potion

The fact that I've managed to use it successfully and that you're here commenting on a video where the build did 108k damage really just shows that this is 100% just a skill issue on your part if you can't pull it off.
