I was there in STL sitting a few rows up from that kid and he was SO excited to be there. That was actually his sign and he had been trying to get Tkachuk's attention during warm-ups and all game in that MASSIVE jersey that went to his knees! XD Tkachuk tossed a puck during warmups to another kid and jersey kid was pretty sad about it. The Blues fans were really fabulous even though their team lost (and you know they consider both Tkachuk boys kind of "theirs" anyway.)

I don't think people understand just how different goalies are. Unless you've played to a certain level, you never really see what kind of mentality you have to have to be able to compete at that level as a goalie. Gotta love them, but just like drummers, they are a different breed for sure.

I had gone to the Bears 22 and 23 Teddy games. 5-0 beat down on Hartford in 22. AJF with the toss goal. He finished with a hatty. Last year, against Bridgeport. A 2-0 loss. No, the fans began to toss stuffed animals out onto the ice with 5 seconds left in the 3rd. No save or anything remotely close happened for it to happen prematurely. This year, last weekend, we were hit with that snow storm. I wasn't comfortable driving from Millersville to Hershey on unfamiliar roads.
