Crazy thing is you already had 30s ults with just Chronos, Breastplate and World stone. You could realistically build 3 CDR items and build other good items for close to the same results.

There is, but there isn't. There's no actual cap, but it becomes less effective the more you have

because ra aspect makes it dont scale with intellingence, in exchange it does only base dmg up to 630, heals you for the same amount and let you aim the ult, besides that, your heal doesnt scale its dmg with int, and you can throw it over someone else to make it attach an ally or yourself

Ra needs to be nerfed, he’s too op at his current state. Make him have a little less peal and made the ult wider and revert the aim while ultimately mechanic to balance it
