Back when "Shokugeki no Souma" first aired the episode that featured the hanging method of monkfish butchering, I couldn't find many videos about it. So imagine my surprise to find this video in my recommended feed years later.

Came from watching Masaru san. While Masaru san is careful and graceful in slicing different animals, I also like just how Hamayu san just hacks everything and gets the job done. That's confidence.
