1. Knock over 410 items, is just run over any object that can be knocked down all over the map, which are lighting poles, trees and etc. 2. Pit 5 criminals is hitting a criminal with a car and his tires blowing out and it must be done in a land vehicle, but doesn’t work with bikes.

A way to get more xp is definitely play for daily xp but for contracts if it’s under 40 xp then reroll and you’ll get a 50-60 xp contract

It’s hard to explain, you gotta jump while crouching and go backwards in first person, uncrouch jump stop moving and press the roll button while looking down and you have a chance to glitch out and fly into the air.
