As we all know by now, I hate furnishing bathrooms in The Sims 4. So today I take on the challenge of furnishing 4 of them in differing styles... ENJOY!

I think the reason we Simmers lack any enthusiasm for bathrooms is because, when you really think about it, the room sizes are usually small! When we're trying to fit in everything for our Sims, we focus on the hobbies and aesthetics first and so when it comes to bathrooms we simply just...slot the essentials into a convenient, out-of-the-way, little room and get it over with. I personally loved the second bathroom in this video, it's reminded me how badly I want a lavish bath and fancy shower! Bathrooms get slept on and honestly? It's a little bit criminal, not gonna lie.

Too true. I play in tiny homes a lot, and there's only so much you can do with a 1×3 or 2×3. That said... as he was building, I went into my most recent tiny build and put a plant wall in the bath. It's all about thinking outside the box.

Surprisingly, the "garrish" one was my second favorite after the morroccan. Blue and orange are complementary colors so maybe that's why it works so well. You did great honestly

I love the garish version, mostly because the main bathroom on my house is still in its full 70s glory with avocado green fixtures and brown tiles everywhere so I felt right at home

This was absolutely perfect Friday content! The Moroccan inspired bathroom was my favorite. I love earth tones and warmth. Batuu lights are the best! The somewhat Brutalist bathroom was my second fave. I love decorating bathrooms in game. They give me a chance to play and not worry so much about being "tasteful". I can use bolder colors too, because they cover less area, and won't bother my eyes as much. I'm not designing garish baths, just sometimes more playful ones, or thinking outside the box a bit. Thanks for this bit of fun. You did a great job. I hope it wasn't too much torture for you. The last one was a wee bit painful, although I'd have used it if the fixtures were just swapped out for white. I can't stand turquoise! Have a great weekend. ☀

Would love you to do a series where you create 3 to 4 different styles for each type of room (or exterior facade?). But don't limit yourself by sticking to one size/dimension, change up the dimensions depending on the style if need be... Just a thought. Can't wait for your new channel. 🤗❤

Glad you went out of your comfort zone cause these turned out super lovely. 😍😍 I know I'm alone in this but I personally love doing bathrooms whether I'm using CC or no CC. It's surprisingly one of the few rooms where I can really push my creativity due to the smaller size restraint. So when you see creators actually spend the time and effort on a bathroom, they often come up with really beautiful designs. I wonder if people hate it is perhaps because most creators save it for last that by the time they get to it they're all mentally worn out that it feels more like a chore? I usually do it 1st or 2nd so maybe that also plays a part in why I like it? 🤔🤔

I hardly ever think to use platforms in bathrooms other than for a custom shower or to slightly sink or raise a tub. I really need to learn to use platforms as shelves and window boxes and such, especially because I do that in other parts of buildings.

I can't imagine what masterpieces you would create if you played House Flipper 2. Furnitures and surfaces etc. more customizable and realistic according to The Sims 4. I would love to see the houses you'd build with your imagination and good taste 🤤🤤🤤

Unpopular opinion: I love building bathrooms in the sims (preferably with CC). My least favourite rooms to decorate are bedrooms. 😱😱

It can be hard to do interesting bathrooms and it really depends how big each one is. Its nice to do separate sections if theyre big. And definitely more intereting when they have platforms arches dividers etc

I've found that you can place a hidey light over the shaded plants, but you do have to go back in and tone them down to the right level. These baths are to die for! ♥

You should build also the rest of the houses for these bathrooms and make a row of townhouses with these aesthetic! Btw as an italian i have to say that you need toilet paper even if you have a bidet because first you clean yourself with paper then you wash in the bidet.
