Working on my mindset and stay positive is important to me. I can control how I think and feel. I no longer give others the power to change my mood, prospects, or being! Great video!!

They hate me at work too ... I have been told that alot of people were fired after their first week and I have seen them not coming the next week but on my first day of work there was 3 group of people who were trying to know where I stand at so I can tell them my IP address and so on they will start reading me more clearly so it gets to my hear but I completely ignore it and now on my 3rd week they influenced everybody at work to.say "GO HOME" a lot like whispering so I can hear exactly what they are trying to say but I'm an Aries and u don't really give a shit I'm there because I need money for a life changing and when I ignore them and do my work faster than them ....they still don't like me but to my face they act like we are cool but Im also 2 faced when it comes to my work but I care about good company people alot.... My heart is cold enough to let them out some bullshit whisper i my hear so I just work fast and that's why still working there now but this is going to be my first month there now. I know how to play the game well and I have self respect for myself. I put my myself in a shoes of a beast who has 5 kids at home and who go to college but I haven't started that yet I will soon... But need weed to get out of my system first

Love your video. With this pandemic, I've learned that it is some co-workers that I dislike. I love the job that I've done for 20 years, but there are two coworkers that came in with the new boss, who are truly low-level employees but think they can come in and do whatever they want because of nepotism.
@Rinsuki2 жыл бұрын
Correct. I do not dislike my actual job, I just dislike my coworkers. There's rampant laziness and entitlement. They kiss the managers butt so they can do whatever they want. I could never because I do not want to screw over the patients. Makes me angry, but I'm getting better. I try to not let that anger me. It does affect me though. I have to clean up their mess and pick up the slack. They cry and whine about how it's too busy or hard so they get the easy way out. This is why they will never go anywhere or learn anything. That is okay by me. Do you and worry less about them. It will eventually bite them back.

Often when we are hating other the people, the real problem is us and our own projections. Best to work first on ourselves or else we'll just meet more people we don't like at the next job!

Absolutely. But they are other times when new people are simply feeling a bit "too comfortable" behaving in ways that differed from how the office culture has been.
