I HATE when this happens in Overwatch

My friend and I are just trying to play some simple Overwatch games and everyone on our team and their team are teaming up, infinitely sitting in the capture point so the game never ends. When my friend and I try to tell them to actually play, they get so upset in the chat and blow up. I don't get why people have to do this in the actual modes and I don't care if they do it in the "while you wait" matches.

I didn't really catch the worst part of it but they were really upset in the chat when my friend and I asked nicely to try and get them to either actually play or leave the point so the game would not go on forever. I don't really care if people team up or mess around in arcade or "while you wait" matches because I also do it a lot, but in unranked and competitive, its nice to actually try to play the game :(
