It's your favorite virtual cousin Cee & I'm glad that you're here. Let’s cook dinner together. Today we are preparing #oxtail with #riceandbeans my family’s favorite meal. If you’re been with me for a while you know that I love to be in the kitchen but cooking with the twins can be a challenges. I’ve been trying new ways to make them apart of the experience while I keep calm about to mess lol.
Here’s a detailed vlog on how I made this delicious oxtail. As promised here are the ingredients I used to seasons and stew my meat ; adobo , salt , black pepper , onion , garlic , all spice , green onion , peppers , scotch bonnet pepper , turmeric.
