I find that the skill that makes my character feel like a boss is endurance more than the offensive skills. You just get a silly amount of hp. Dealing 300 damage vs 100 damage a swing with a 2 hander doesn't matter too much when the enemies have a 100 hp.

Oh for sure this run I had no skills in combat at all still one hit people with a good sword they are not important as one might think also the plus with endurance is the movement speed so you can simply move out the way of attacks

amour is a thing so you hitting a 100 a swing will hit like 20-30 on an heavy armored troop or lord and even if u have a lot of dmg like u mentioned 300 u don't need Hit points cause what's the point when I go to swing and kill them in one hit cause of my dmg and to be even deadlier also pump a lot of speed so its easy to dodge and yeah endurance is useless imo and experience playing the game

Awesome video. Just a note on chapters, you have to format it differently to show up on the video. You have to put the timestamp first, then the name of the chapter. The hardest fight against the dead three's xhosen was against Gortash because he had such a small room and a fuck ton of allies and i even disavled the steel watch and it was still hard

A very good way to level medicine is to get a lot of cheap troops, siege a castle that has a catapult defending, and hope your troops get hit by a shot... Can push medicine immodestly over 50.

something i just learned that might help anyone gain some coins in a cheeky way is if you defend or attack an army and you capture the nobles you can take them from the dungeon sell them to the tavern and they will go right back into the dungeon to he sold over and over. not sure the potential earnings but my first batch of nobles net me 30k each time i sold them. made like 600k in 10 mins

I did this challenge and got very lucky. I did a lot of tournaments early on and then became a mercenary for Vlandia. Within like 3 days, Derthert died in battle and they elected me king immediately 😂

I think I got luck on this first playthrough of mine. My brother married someone with 110 Steward 😂. Me alone I would carry like 50-60 can’t remember but with her as my quartermaster she carries the party for troops (she also has over 100 riding so really good for quests as well). Then we also have a surgeon with 80 medicine, I think like 4 of my troops die if they do while everyone is injured but also it’s early game. Hoping to remain lucky.

What do you mean you only found 3 tournaments? Just enter the arena, talk to the guy and ask if there are any tournaments in towns nearby. There are always 2 towns running tournaments nearby.

I joined the vlandians starting as an aserai culture, then they declared on the aserai and just would NOT STOP GIVING ME EVERYTHING. Within like 2-300 days derthert died of natural causes which i have never had happen before and i was elected king by the council. Probably because I was 1 million plus in wealth, 3000 influence and had all the towns we took from the aserai, knocking on the doors of razih.

I just wish the AI was more intelligent. I.E once the horses saw the plan being set up REALISTICALLY the proper response would have been sending cav to one side of the two mountains that were larger than the players incline. To reign down arrows on the formation. Forcing you to wait until they run out or Turing your Sw and Archers to oppose one whilst sending cav at another for fire relief. That's when the AI cav rushes your Archers or boxes in your cav against a def positioned archer wall(horn strat mixed with a choker barrage). We have AI Sims in the army that do stuff like that and it's not that exp to install. I feel the proper strat would have been to put Archers in front of the inf(have the inf in a spaced out formation allowing easy movement through ranks), have the Archers pick off the chargers. Then last min fall them back and have the cav skirmish the chargers, once the main force gets there fall the cav back THEN shield wall the main inf. THEN do what was shown in vid....(flank with cav to disrupt through the gulley) IK this long but I'm a battle geek, And the game is waaay to simplified. Nice video 🫡
