You can recruit offense and defense, but you can only user defense and hope you recruit offense well enough that they do good without you. Hope you pick my idea and thank you for your content. After you win a bowl game or a 7 win season you are allowed to recruit out of state but only allowed to recruit WR’s because Cooper Kupp is the best player ever from EWU.
