I’m going to say that CFB 25 Dynasty mode isn’t a true dynasty mode it’s more like a head coach mode. I hope next year that’ll allow you to be more of the school athletic director. Where you have power to hire and fire coaches. Upgrade or build new stadiums and facilities base on goals. Control ticket prices and merchandising. Edit jerseys and other school focused activities.

With position changes, I've found sometimes that OLBs and DEs are higher overall on one side over the other. I've had some that jumped 5-6 overall just moving them from one side to the other. Also, LBs and Safeties can be swapped sometimes and have higher overall. Just something to check each year.
