You're partially correct about the prosciutto it's also where it comes from in Italy. So prosciutto is primarily from Italy and it's the way that they're cured as well as the way that the animal is treated when they're alive and what they are fed. As well as how quickly they are put down to ensure the sweetness of the fats.

i love the opening varisty the conversation we could have about traffic infractions. Heres the way i look at it. If you like shooting guns you pay for ammo and a range membership, you like cars and bikes and speed well tickets those are your membership fees with the proper attorney a non moving violation is simply nothing more than a fine :D. I tell everyone that is a LEGIT CIV when driving always get an attorney that extra 2-300$ could save you more on your insurance in the long run even if your a casual driver never go to court and take points. ( Anyone who gets a ticket in ohio that doesnt live their just pay it our points do not tranfer! your in state insurance is not effected!) I will tell you im a horrible driver when im alone ( speeding donuts in empty lots, wheelies on crotch rocket) BUT will never put a passenger in that position other than my friends who will go 120+ with me sitting next to them.

Prosciutto is the Italian for ham! Prosciutto di Parma is the fancy version of the ham where its from a specific part of itally. So lots of brands use the italian word for ham to seam fancy but it will be cured in the same way as the people from parma use. anyway Bersola is way better!
