The game was a lot of stimulation, but it doesn't mean it's the main reason the panic attack happened. Just say you've never had a panic attack, we can tell. When your having a panic attack, your main focus will not be the headset on your head, but your breathing and wondering if ur dying. I've had a panic attack in VR, and let me tell you I was not worried about my headset. It also helps having someone there, no one wants to lose that comfort during such a stressful moment. Edit: sometimes panic attacks have a specific cause you can identify, sometimes it doesn't.

@@Vinnvinndsa I agree. It wasn't the game that started it. It was some of the crazy worlds it has. I actually have fun playing VRChat.
