I found the industrial land one super interesting because I've never thought of it being an issue. I also loved the Vancouver special one, because I always grew up seeing the same building over and over thinking I've been seeing the same dozen houses over and over again. I have enjoyed your channel greatly, and have missed you! I left the Lower Mainland 25 yrs ago, but my eldest son, his wife, and six boys live on the North Shore still, so I've been fascinated by the greater Vancouver's development since my late wife and I left Second Shaughnessy. I have the CBC app, but still cannot access your CBC series on it, as I live in 🇰🇪. Pity 🥴🙄. My wife was sixth generation Vancouver, whereas mine moved from Hope BC to East Africa 140 years ago, so it is good to keep in touch with the finest city in North America.
