I understand the how you feel about your acne but you really need to STOP sharing makeup products, sponges, makeup BRUSHES and popping your zits!!! Clean your brushes more often and try a different cleanser for them if it’s still not helping.

I’m pretty sure sun exposure on accurate makes your skin worse…you’re supposed to avoid the sun as much as possible so maybe that’s causing excessive break outs?

i know we all sound like broken records ali but we’re just trying to help. fighting the urge to pop pimples would help tremendously, popping them allows bacteria in your skin and scars to grow. dont pop the pimples, if you let them be they will eventually go away on their own

I have said that many times as all they eat is fried food. However it falls on deaf ears as they won’t change so neither will their acne issues. Just saying. They use so much, oil, salt & grease.

Your acne might be worse due to your diet. Maybe cut out eggs for a while and see if that helps. Bananas are another acne trigger.

Ali I have very similar skin to yours your face is very shiny so I'm assuming its oily type of skin.I use the Cetaphil daily facial cleanser morning and night I also recommend washing your face with only cold water and invest in a niacinamide serum and use differin pore-minimizing toner with witch hazel and start using your own makeup brushes and wash them.

try cutting out eggs for a few weeks. i started breaking out like crazy when i started eating more eggs for more protein and once i stopped the break outs stopped. eggs are one of the top three foods that cause acne because they have a specific type of protein that different and more difficult to digest than others. hope this helps!

I cured my acne almost completely by cutting out dairy. Dont use harsh products, instead use vanicream face wash, and vanicream daily facial moisturizer. Thats all you need. Sometimes people tend to over due skincare which can worsen acne. Also make sure to not share brushes and applicators. Hope this helps!💕

Me n ali have similar acne break outs for me what really helped was "clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide gel 1.2 /5" u can get it prescribed by ur doctor or dermatologist and it really helps clear up ur acne and the bacteria on ur face especially when being outside but always apply sunscreen after u use it *specifically spf 50* especially in the sun I have sensitive skin and it works soo good!!

in my case i cut out dairy (cheese, milk, and eggs) for a week and noticed a difference on my acne. also try using a gentle cleanser because with most acne prescribed cleansers contain harsh ingredients that instead of helping it makes acne worse. i recommend youth to the people cleanser and try not to share any brushes or products. i really hope this helps because when i made these changes it helped a ton!!
