Greetings from Canada! First of all, we have to compliment you on the quality of the videos. The scripts flow naturally and the video work is very good, so we are happy subscribers. Secondly, with the GCN connection hosting cyclocross events on a regular basis seems like an obvious business opportunity as there is a built-in fan base already. And lastly, but most important, we wish James (aka Hank/Jimbo) and Emma a wonderful wedding tomorrow and a happy life together. Oh, and we were disappointed that the bicycle was not ridden back into the house at the end!

So, how many times did your Grannie tell you, "No bicycles in the house!". LOL. This is the sort of tour that might have been conducted on horseback, but you are you, and don't shy away from the wet and muck. Good humor, and amazing neighbors. His Majesty can probably recommend someone great to help with your formal gardens when you are ready. A really interesting collection of historical locations, which will be fun to revisit in future videos. I'm sure Emma is happy you didn't wipe out the day before your wedding, with a black eye or such documented in the photos. Cheers, and congratulations!

Happy wedding! Italian barn as an airbnb or cool wood fire pizza lunch spot. You could also rent the hangar to a few selected flight aficionados, and if you don’t have them already get some horses for horseback riding weekend stay tours. Visitors could sleep at the estate or in the outbuildings.

Congratulations on your wedding. I do think that most of your buildings could be turned into holiday lets of differing sizes. The barn could be a large 6 or 7 bedroom house for family reunions or Christmas holidays, while smaller buildings would house smaller groups. Another choice would be to make it an event space on the ground floor and an apartment above.

Ideas for your Barn.... convert into an Antique store or Farm to Table restsurant and sell the produce you grow ...not sure if it's still going since I havent been able to visit for a few years, but there used to be a place called "The Organic Farm Shop" in the Cotswolds. You might be able to get some tips from them😊 Otherwise, it would make a fabulous Air B & B😃
@KC-mp8sm17 күн бұрын
Great video. The historic barn could be rented out to one of the many antiques businesses in Tetbury as storage for stock if you make it wind and waterproof. That way it brings in some money until you decide what to do with it. If you refurbish it completely you can turn it into a bike holiday/training centre- accommodation for groups + everything a group of bikers would need. You could organise multiple day stays with biking challenges etc.

Watching these videos it is so cool to see your behind the scenes tour.. especially on the bike! It makes me wonder what all the other GCN folk do in their non presenting time, I don’t think I’ve noticed you talking about your manorial home there! So cool that you’re both enacting a new vision for such a historic place. That grain barn.. maybe you could make branded flour or convert it into another cafe/ bike repair and hire stop?!? Good luck with all the events.. and 9:46 if you’re both married by the time you see this CONGRATS you two lovely people 🎉
