Instructions for flower bread:
Put 650 grams of flour in a bowl
Add 60 grams of sugar
and add 7 grams of yeast
After mixing them, add 270 grams of water
Add half of 60 grams of oil and make a paste
Finally, add the rest of the oil and knead well for about 7-8 minutes
And roll the dough and cover it and rest for 1 hour
Now separate a part of the dough and round it and keep it aside
Divide the rest of the dough into 10 parts and round each part
Now open the dough with a rolling pin, apply oil on its surface and place the other opened dough on it
Make up to 5 layers and keep it aside
Do the same with the other 5 opened dough
Now divide each 5-layer dough into 8 parts
You will have a total of 16 episodes
Place in a 25-30 cm round mold and bake in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 49 minutes.
