I recently did something very strange for me and recorded a "melt down". I can't talk good anymore and explaining things to my care team is impossible. So I taped it. I have not been able to watch it back because I'm scared to be triggered. But that mess is too real and so full of shame. Your open talk is a great comfort, Akilah. ♥
